Data used to create this file are available at https://ifw9d-wiskiprtl/applications/login.html?publicuser=Guest#waterdata7/stationoverview. Data were merged using an R script titled “MergeWaterTemp_TidbitLoggerData_20250508.R”\n\nSource data contain water temperatures recorded in 15-minute increments in 90 reaches in the Deshka Drainage using HOBO TidbiT v2 Water Temperature Data Logger reviewed by a hydrologist, Sue Maunger cleaned and reviewed all of the data from loggers on the float sites (Moose, Kroto, and the Deshka) from the start \nof monitoring in 2017 - 2022, and Meg Perdue reviewed data for the road sites from 2019 to present, and also took over the float sites after 2022.\n\nCautions:\n\n--In 2019, tidbit hobos were placed in each reach when trapping commenced. The first read in 2019 may not have accuarate temperature data\n--From Meg Perdue email 3/4/2024 unanswered:\n\"The one site where I saw discrepancies that should be looked into further is PGCT2, both loggers there show a distinct temperature shift between the old file and the new file starting on 7/15/2021 and again a strange pattern 6/8-15/2022 in the lead up to the file changing again on 6/15/2022. The loggers are also tracking one another less consistently than is typical at a site and logger 1 is reading much lower at the end of the deployment post winter months which may be indicative of it having been buried in sediment.
