Each point has a set of attributes which in include the the grid cell id, surveyor's name, the date and time the survey was conducted and species-level survey results. For each of the target species data indicate whether that species was present or not present. If a weed species is observed within a grid cell, it is present, it is assigned to one of four abundance categories: Single individual, Scattered plants, Scattered dense patches, or Dense monoculture. These data describe the status of a finite set of target invasive plant species within a 50 x 50 m (25000 sq m) area within a a National Wildlife Refuge at a specific date. These data are meant for the purposes of establishing a baseline abundance for priority invasive plant species which are used to inform invasive plant management. These information contained in this dataset represent the status of invasive species at the date the survey was completed.
